Well, it turns out we're no different. Except instead of expensive hardware,
we managed to drop some of our database. Classic move, really.

What Happened?

Why: This was our first rodeo with the hosting platform, and let's just say we learned a few things the hard way about how their system handles data persistence.
The good news: We've recovered the data and we believe everything is back to normal.
The honest bit: It's difficult to be 100% certain nothing slipped through the cracks.
